Njiwes Classic Events is a professional event planning and designing company, we strive to
make sure we exceed our client’s expectations creating memorable events and lasting
relationships with our clients.
Our services have been thoughtfully designed to suite your needs, budget and your overall
involvement in the planning process, you will be guided through wedding etiquette, design
concept, themes, traditions, supplier selection, Venue evaluation and selection, budget
planning, time management and general advice on a certain aspect you might need clarity on
so that you can make informed decisions.
Making your planning process easier and enjoyable and safe in the knowledge that you have
everything you need for your wedding day and within your budget. On that note we’re willing
and capable to provide the services listed below.

Full wedding planning

PACKAGE AND COST
  • The planner will provide professional advice and recommendation to you; however,
    the final decisions will be down to you.
    Here the client will receive three 3 quotes from the planner, for each vendor for
    evaluation purposes
  • All quotes will be evaluated by both the planner and client based on quality,
    flexibility, value and price etc.
  • Venue evaluation and selection
  • Budget planning and management
  • Wedding conceptualizing and design
  • Vendor procurement and management
  • Coordination of your wedding day
  • Timeline designing and management
  • Attend final rehearsal at the venue
  • Create Floor plan and seating arrangement
  • Wedding day setup schedule for Vendors
  • Wedding etiquette advice
  • Ensure Gifts are taken by the allocated person
  • Advice and emotional support throughout the wedding planning
  •  Crisis Management making sure everything is executed perfectly taking away
    the stress from you and your family.

Partial wedding planning

PACKAGE AND COST
  • For this package is ideal for clients that have already booked the venue may have
    also secured 1 or 2 vendors but realise they need help to finish and put everything in order for
    their big day.
  • The planner will have a consultation with the client to understand the vision and also to
    know how far you have gone in the planning process
  •  The planner will take over the planning process from point of engagement
  •  Budget management
  • Vender procurement and management
  • Coordination of your wedding day
  • Timeline designing and management
  • Attend final rehearsal at the venue
  •  Create Floor plan and seating Arrangement
  •  Wedding day setup schedule
  •  Wedding etiquette advice
  • Ensure Gifts are taken by the allocated person
  • Crisis management making sure everything is executed perfectly taking away the stress
    from you and your family.
  • The cost for this will be give after a consultation.

Wedding Management / Coordinating

PACKAGE AND COST
  • For this package the planner will fully take charge of the planning process a month prior to the
    event and the planner will have a status meeting with client to check what has been done and
    what still needs to be done. In preparation for the event.
  • Coordination of the wedding
  • Vendor management on the day
  • Timeline design and management
  • Attend final rehearsal at the venue
  • Ensure Gifts are taken by the allocated person
  • Crisis management making sure everything is executed perfectly taking away the stress
    form you and your family.

On the day wedding management

PACKAGE AND COST
  • This package will suite clients that want to plan their wedding but want to entrust their special
    day to a professional to manage their wedding making sure that their plans and vision come to
    life, as we all know you can plan your wedding but you can’t manage it on the day.
    For this package the planner will have a status meeting a week prior to the wedding and the
    handover will be done 3 days prior to the wedding.
  • The planner will have a status meeting with the client to check how the wedding has been
    planned what still needs to be done and the planner will offer guidance and recommendations.
  • Manage vendors on the wedding day
  • Attend last rehearsal
  • Manage your timeline on the wedding with the MC making sure all things are going according
    to your plan from start to finish
  • Wedding etiquette advice
  • Ensure Gifts are taken by the allocated person
  • Crisis management on the day of the wedding making sure everything is executed perfectly
    taking away the stress from you and your family.

Event Designing and Styling

PACKAGE AND COST
  • Bringing your vision to life is our goal, from planning to styling incorporating your personality
    and vision translating it in to a cohesive concept. From flowers, Tablescape, dance floor, lighting,
    draping Main table etc.
  • Décor brief and advise will be provided

Wedding Planning Consultation

PACKAGE AND COST
  • This service is designed for our brides/grooms planning their own wedding but need
    information/help to make informed decision as they plan for their big day.
  • This may include venue selection and evaluation
  • Budgeting
  • Vendor procurement and selection
  • Tips on wedding planning or general advice on a certain aspect they may be struggling with.
